About the candidate

James "Bucky" Barnes, a Brooklyn native and decorated World War II veteran, was presumed dead after going missing in action.However, he was captured, brainwashed, and transformed into the Winter Soldier, a deadly weapon used by shadowy forces for espionage and covert missions.Despite this dark past, Bucky has fought against tyranny and injustice, seeking redemption. Over time, he has proven his commitment to protecting the innocent and upholding justice.
